INTRODUCING: Design Style Series

Introducing… The Design Style Series! Homes are often referred to as having a certain “style” such as modern, contemporary, farmhouse, midcentury modern, Nordic-style, traditional, industrial, etc… there are many! Some styles are more obvious than others while some are hard to define, we’ve created the Design Style Series to help you better understand and help inspire you.

The Design Style Series is inspired by our homes for sale in Sage Creek along Robert Bockstael Drive. These laned homes offer beautiful, and often distinctive, curb appeal to the neighbourhood since the front façade is not over-crowded by a large garage.

Each Design Style Series’s home’s interior selections are chosen to coincide with the exterior details to ensure the design style is cohesive and distinct throughout the entire home. This will be evident with the details complete in the paint/cabinetry colours, kitchen cabinet design, and the entertainment unit.

Nordic Style

Nordic style homes are known for their minimalist and functional design, often featuring clean lines, natural materials, and a neutral colour palette. The emphasis is on creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere with plenty of natural light and including elements such as woolen textures, warm lighting, and finishing it with simple yet elegant furniture. This style is inspired by the natural beauty of the Scandinavian region and focuses on creating a calm and serene environment.

Modern Farmhouse Style

The exterior often features a mix of materials, such as wood siding and metal roofs, that create a unique and eclectic look. Overall, industrial farmhouse is a perfect balance of old and new.
