Maria and Jan built the Prairiehaven home model after visiting one of our show homes and falling in love with the floor plan.

“We loved the size and open layout of the kitchen, dining room, and living area,” said Maria. “We also liked that it can be customized to have four bedrooms so that each of our kids gets their own space. And we love the larger size of the entryway in both the rear and front of the house.”

They built their home in Aurora at North Point which means being near their family, friends, and the kids’ school.

“We like the proximity to the mall, park, and hospital while still feeling removed from the noise and traffic,” said Maria.
