Kensington Homes is halfway into celebrating our 50^th anniversary in the home building industry. Since 1972 we have been the leaders in building strong, functional, and eye-catching homes throughout Winnipeg and surrounding areas. The industry has evolved immensely throughout the decades and Kensington Homes has evolved along with it.

Meet our second family, Petar, Jovana, and their sweet, adorable son! They joined us in celebrating our 50^th anniversary with a Kensington family photoshoot and shared their story with us.

In honour of Kensington’s 50^th anniversary, we are doing several giveaways to our new and existing homeowners. As part of the celebrations, we offered families professional photoshoots with Sugar + Soul Photography and we are now sharing their stories.

Winnipeggers are loving living next to the perimeter and downtown Transcona, evidenced by the quick sales in the steady development. Canterbury Crossing’s relaxed environment is enhanced by a focal retention pond, with a small park space to its south, including a walking path and field.

Kensington Homes celebrated another successful parade of homes at the 2021 Fall Parade of Homes Awards Gala. The gala was held in person this year with all Manitoba public health orders followed. Note that masks were temporarily removed for the group photo.

We are excited to announce Witham at Sage Condos, Kensington Homes’ first condominium project, building on more than 49 years of building quality homes in Manitoba. New luxurious two-storey townhome condos on Witham Road in Sage Creek include 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms with three floor plan options ranging in size from 1,360 sq.ft to 1,408 sq.ft.
